As a lighter alternative to metals, Ryton® PPS demonstrates great corrosion resistance in harsh environments, which makes it optimal for use in 48V applications such as inverter components and pulleys and axles
  • Amodel® Supreme -  As an ideal PPA polymer to replace metal in automotive applications, Amodel® Supreme gives engineers and manufacturers design freedom and a wide thermal range without thermal transitions. Amodel® Supreme PPA’s mechanical performance properties make it ideal for inverter and structural components in 48V belt-generators. 
  • Ketaspire® PEEK - Known for its outstanding fatigue and chemical resistance, Ketaspire® PEEK allows to produce shaped magnet wires (round, flat, rectangular) with an increased abrasion resistance and an outstanding temperature resistance.
  • Xydar® LCP - Known for possessing excellent flow properties, Xydar® LCP is a strong liquid crystal polymer that operates at high temperatures. Xydar® LCP can operate at high temperatures while withstanding outgassing. This liquid crystal polymer can be injected into thin-walled belt-generator parts such as pulleys, axels, slot liners and inverter components. 
  • AjediumTM Films - AjediumTM PEEK Films are high-performing thermoplastics made from fluorine-based polymers. Slot liners in 48V belt-generators benefit from AjediumTM PEEK Films because of its wear resistance and self lubrication.
