Syensqo prohibits bribery and corruption in any form – including facilitation payments. This policy includes our rules and procedures for detecting, preventing, and addressing potential violations of anti-corruption and commercial bribery laws.

Speak Up Policy
We encourage all our stakeholders to act with integrity. That means speaking up when you see anything that goes against the law, regulations, policies and/or Syensqo’s Code of Business Integrity or Suppliers Code of Business Integrity. Our Ethics Helpline is available 24/7 worldwide in 19 languages. It is open to all our employees, as well as to third parties. You can submit a report online or by phone. The reports will be reviewed by the Ethics & Compliance team and when required an independent and confidential investigation will be conducted, in line with Syensqo’s values and principles.
