We encourage all our employees to act with integrity. That means speaking up when you see anything that goes against the law, regulations, policies and/or Syensqo’s Code of Business Integrity.
We keep each report confidential, unless we are legally required to disclose information. You can choose to remain anonymous, where legally permitted to do so. Syensqo prohibits retaliation for reporting any concerns in good faith.
Our Ethics & Compliance team will review every report. When required, they will conduct an independent investigation, in keeping with Syensqo’s values and principles.
