Steps to join the Invoice Tracking portal
An ARIBA network ID is required to access Syensqo's Invoice Tracking tool, even if you are not conducting trades through ARIBA. For detailed information, please refer to the SAP ARIBA section in our FAQ tab
Step 1: Create an ANID here
Step 2: Click on the link received by email from SAP ARIBA Network, finish your registration and log in
Step 3: After receiving your ANID, send us its number through the Supplier Inquiry.
Step 4: Select the option Invoice Tracking portal - access and support. Do not forget to list all VAT IDs you have with Syensqo

Submit your ANID to activate your account with Syensqo
Link your ARIBA account
If you already have an ANID but are unable to view Syensqo invoices, please send us the ANID number through the Supplier Inquiry Form
