Surfactant chemical Enhanced Oil Recovery is a process aimed at significantly increasing oil recovery in waterflooded fields, while improving the water resources life cycle. Such a process relies on the addition of surface active agents to recover oil droplets trapped in the rock.
To address this technical need, Syensqo developed a specific surfactant product line for various Surfactant Polymer EOR injection processes. Our SurfEOR® product line also includes a range of surfactants for Gas (such as CO2) and Steam injections, enabling a more cost efficient use of these technologies.
