Rhodiasolv® IRIS is an innovative oxygenated solvent with excellent eco-friendly properties, designed for various industrial applications such as cleaning, resin clean-up, foundry resins, paint stripping, and coatings formulations. This non-toxic, readily biodegradable, non-flammable solvent, considered as a non VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) according to EU directive (2010/75/EU) regarding industrial emissions.

- Safe to Use: With a high flash point of 98°C and boiling point of 222-224°C, it is non-flammable and allows use over a varied temperature scale. It is easy to handle due to its non-toxic and non-irritant properties.

Rhodiasolv® IRIS is ideal in:
- Paints: Paint strippers/graffiti removal, vessel and tank cleaning for resin producers and paint formulators. Alternative to: Methylene chloride, NMP, toluene, xylene.
- Foundry: Used for cores and molds in phenolic and urethane components (cold box technology). Alternative to: Toluene, xylene, isophorone, DMSO.
- Industrial Cleaning: Alternative to traditional solvents for cleaning parts, tools, and equipment, including FRP, PU injection molds, and degreasing. Alternatives to: Methylene chloride, acetone, glycol ethers, hydrocarbon & aromatic blends, NMP.
