Our broad portfolio offers high-performance qualities such as advanced mechanical integrity, high resistance to heat and chemicals, dimensional stability, low moisture absorption and ideal dielectric performance. With these properties, our materials allow manufacturers to produce higher-quality 5G components such as PCB/FPC and fiber optics. 

 

  • Xydar® LCP - Also ideal for PCB/FPC, Xydar® LCP is a resin with excellent dielectric, moisture absorption, flow properties, surface mount compatibility, high chemical resistance, injection molding capabilities and inherent flame retardance.  
  • Veradel® PESU - A high-performance amorphous thermoplastic, Veradel® PESU is known for its toughness, strength, and hydrolytic stability along with its ability to withstand prolonged exposure to water, chemical and temperatures. With inherent flame retardance, exceptional chemical resistance, high-quality electric properties, transparency and dimensional stability, Veradel® PESU is a material of choice for fiber optics.  
  • Ryton® PPS - A semi-crystalline, high-heat polymer, Ryton® PPS is an exceptional material for fiber optics with its properties such as dimensional stability, flame retardance, chemical resistance, short- and long-term stability, high modulus and creep resistance, dielectric and insulating properties and precision molding to tight tolerance with high reproducibility.    
  • Solef® PVDF - A highly non-reactive thermoplastic fluoropolymer, Solef® PVDF is flame retardant, offers high purity and displays exceptional mechanical properties, electrochemical stability and broad chemical resistance. It’s an ideal material for fiber optics applications.  
  • Fluorolink® PFPE - A line of versatile fluids based on perfluoropolyether technology, Fluorolink® PFPE offers a low coefficient of friction, improved wear and abrasion resistance and better chemical resistance, surface energy reduction, water/oil and stain repellency and improved optical refractive index in fiber optics components.  
  • Radel® PPSU - Radel® PPSU features exceptional impact strength, high chemical resistance, virtually unlimited steam sterilization, long-term hydrolytic stability, inherent flame retardance and more for fiber optics.  
  • Udel® PSU - A rigid, high-strength, sem-tough, transparent plastic, Udel® PSU offers high heat resistance, great hydrolytic stability, excellent resistance, toughness and strength, transparency, low creep, low levels of extractable and insoluble materials and combustion resistance.
