To ensure we maintain focus and achieve our goals, we have created a Fair & Inclusive Culture Governance board, consisting of five groups, each with their own responsibilities and input.
All groups will work together in harmony to create a truly inclusive culture.
Alongside our Governance teams, our Company Team Leaders also play an important role and are critical to the success of our Fair & Inclusive Culture (F&I) strategy. They help to execute our vision of fairness and inclusion daily by implementing the strategy, cascading information, role modeling, and encouraging all colleagues to do the same.
