To ensure we maintain focus and achieve our goals, we have created a DEI Governance board, consisting of five groups, each with their own responsibilities and input.
All groups will work together in harmony to create a truly inclusive culture.
Alongside our Governance teams, our Company Team Leaders also play an important role and are critical to the success of our DEI strategy. They help to execute our DEI vision daily by implementing the strategy, cascading information, role modeling, and encouraging all colleagues to do the same.
