MINCHEM+TM extends the capabilities of MINCHEMTM beyond copper, using CYANEX® and DEHPA® modeling to support the design of new mines and more complex SX circuits. These capabilities have been further enhanced via a full redesign of the models and computational capabilities behind MINCHEM+TM, enabling - just as for MINCHEMTM - computation of reagent requirements and plant parameters in a matter of seconds or minutes.

MINCHEM+™ facilitates integrated modeling of a full circuit - encompassing extract, strip and scrub stages - eliminating piecewise, stage-by-stage testing, and it can handle multi-metal systems with ease. Inputs such as feed composition, reagent type and concentration, and organic/aqueous ratio are used to determine recovery, selectivity, purity, scrub efficiency and pH profiles.
