Optimizing E-Water Pump Components

Syensqo provides outstanding solutions for e water pumps to optimize e-water pump components exposed to the harsh environments in automotive processing and performance. Our materials provide a unique combination of strength, dimensional and thermal stability and chemical resistance for key components such as M256 e-water pump volute, M256 e-water pump wet sleeve and e water pump impellers

M256 E-Water Pump Volute

E-water pump volutes are constantly exposed to critical liquids and thermal cycles. Therefore, they require exceptional strength that translates to low moisture absorption and thermal resistance. Syensqo’s Ryton®R-4-220 BL offers manufacturers unique design optimization. It reinforces an e-water pump volute’s dimensional stability to enable resistance of temperatures ranging from -40°C to 140°C.

M256 E-Water Pump Wet Sleeve

Tight dimensional control and excellent surface aspect are among the most important properties in e-water pump wet sleeves. These properties lead to wet sleeves capable of withstanding mechanical properties and glycol exposure. Syensqo’s Ryton®R-4-220 NA provides enhanced coolant resistance at elevated temperatures and great dimensional stability.

Water Pump Impellers

Syensqo’s Ryton® R-4-200, Ryton® R-4-220, or Ryton® R-4-270 are trusted solutions for water pump impellers for improving their capabilities. E water pump impellers must demonstrate dimensional control, low moisture absorption and mechanical strength for up to 2,000 hours of constant exposure of 140°C coolant temperatures. Our materials enable reliable performance under harsh temperatures as well as low warpage and moisture absorption and dimensional tolerancing.
