We are looking for:
The Senior Process Engineer is the technology owner with an expertise in at least one of the following composite manufacturing technologies: Resin Mixing, Particle Manufacturing, Solution Prepreg, Hot Melt Prepreg, Film Coating, Adhesives Manufacturing, or Thermoplastics Manufacturing.

You will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) or Materials Science
- Minimum 10 years Process Engineering experience
- Industrial manufacturing experience in composite material / adhesive material manufacturing or other similar continuous web process industries (paper, film, foil, or textile industries)
- Experience resolving product and process capability issues in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing small to mid-sized projects
- Experience in coordinating production/development trials
- Demonstrated collaboration across different sites and/or cross functional groups
- Practical knowledge of Six Sigma including: DFSS (Design for Six Sigma), Quality Functional Deployment, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, process mapping, thought mapping, DOE, Lean and data collection/analysis; Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $119,200 to $149,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

Additional information:
- This is a site-based role with the occasional remote working ability.
