Galden® PFPE Product Line
Galden® PFPE fluids are available in a variety of grades that meet specific performance requirements for a variety of industrial applications.
Product Line | Application | Description |
---|---|---|
Galden® HT | Heat Transfer Fluids | Safe heat transfer media for extreme conditions over a broad temperature range. High Boiler (HB) grades operate from 150°C to 290°C and significantly reduce evaporation losses vs. Low Boil (LB) grades. |
Galden® D | Electronics Testing | Suitable for electronic reliability testing, including thermal shock resistance and hermetic sealing. |
Galden® LS/HS | Vapor Phase Soldering | Designed specifically for VPS processing and offers strictly controlled narrow molecular weight distribution and vapor temperature. |
Galden® SV | Solvents | Low molecular weight, CFC-free solvents used for cleaning operations. Can be applied to hot components, heated prior to application, or pressure-sprayed onto components. Carrier for fluorinated lubricants. |
