Our Broad-Ranging Portfolio Enhances Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors 

Our broad-ranging portfolio of polymers allows for high heat resistance and improved dimensional stability, along with high strength, stiffness, and resistance to chemicals and fatigue. These materials enable lightweight yet durable capacitors to meet the demands of the ever-growing electronic component department.

  • Ryton® PPS - Ryton® R-4 consists of glass fiber-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide compounds. They combine mechanical and electrical properties with exceptional chemical resistance. 
  • Amodel® PPA - A family of high-temperature polyamides, Amodel® PPA products retain high strength and stiffness up to 280°C. They maintain mechanical integrity even at high temperatures, humidity and chemically aggressive environments. They enable electronic processes with a high melting point. 
  • KetaSpire® PEEK - A high-performance thermoplastic, KetaSpire® PEEK offers exceptional fatigue and chemical resistance and can operate at extremely high temperatures while still retaining its mechanical properties. Its qualities allow it to serve as an excellent metal replacement. 
  • Fomblin® PFPE - Fomblin® perfluoropolyether fluids offer excellent high-temperature stability, good low-temperature properties, phenomenal extreme pressure and wear characteristic, low evaporative loss and a good thermal index.
