Addikleen™ T2 KD

Resources preservation has paved the way to lower temperature cleaning as it also reduces spending on energy. However, it is well known that higher temperature cleaning is more efficient and it decreases the foam level. Addikleen™ is a range of cleaning ingredients with low foam and efficient degreasing behavior. Addikleen™ T2 KD has been specifically developed for very low-temperature cleaning.

Without builder, Addikleen™ T2 KD exhibits very good cleaning performance of cold-rolled steel (CRS) panels.

Once formulated with builders, Addikleen^TM T2 KD can significantly improve alkaline cleaning performance compared to existing commercial room temperature cleaner (3 minutes of dipping of CRS panel soiled at 6-9 mg/cm2).

Cleaning at very low temperature is challenging not only for degreasing performance but also in terms of foam level. 
The presence of oil  (except when a bath is freshly replenished) can increase the foam level due to soap generation via the alkaline builder. 
Addikleen™ T2 KD shows an excellent lower foam profile at 25°C compared with existing commercial room temperature benchmark cleaner.
