Radel® can be used to manufacture higher-quality insert moldings, welded and molded end caps, manifolds, boiler tanks, solar thermal tanks, faucet cartridges and various PPSU valves.
Udel® PSU
Udel® PSU (polysulfone) adapts to the full spectrum of temperatures found in modern plumbing systems that require continuous exposure to chlorinated water. The mechanical properties of this cost-effective plastic for chlorinated water allow effective replacement of brass in metal insert moldings, welded and molded end caps, manifolds, boiler tanks, solar thermal tanks, faucet cartridges and various valves inside the most complex pipe systems.
Solef® PVDF
A leader in fluorinated semi-crystalline thermoplastics, Solef® PVDF is a polymer with long-term hydrostatic strength properties that accommodate high-pressure, high-temperature environments found in multilayer piping systems. Amodel® PPA
Amodel® PPA (polyphthalamide) offers long-lasting temperature and humidity resistance that is crucial for a wide range of rigorous plumbing environments. OEMs use this high-performance polymer for plumbing when constructing systems experience intermittent exposure to hot chlorinated water and components such as manifolds, pumps, water meters, balancing valves, faucet cartridges and threaded fittings.
Omnix® HPPA
Omnix® HPPA is a family of chemically resistant polyamides that bridge the cost-performance gap between lower performing PA66 and higher performing polyphthalamide, such as Amodel® PPA. Demonstrating high strength and stiffness retention, excellent dimensional stability and lower warpage than their metal competitors, this high-performing polyamide for plumbing is well-suited for components such as various valves, manifolds, water meters, boiler tanks and components, and faucet cartridges.
