Mirataine® CB 35 ULS HP MB is a grade of Coco-Betaine in which the majority of the by-product, the sodium chloride, has been removed leaving less than 0.5% in the material. This property makes Mirataine® CB 35 ULS HP MB particularly useful in systems where salt would cause unacceptable corrosion. This product is functional in industrial and household formulations as well as hair and body care products. It is very stable in both acid and alkaline pH systems. The high pH of Mirataine® CB 35 ULS HP MB serves to make it hostile to microbial growth, so there is no need of preservative.
