LTM 45EL

Product functions: High Service Temperature (>150°C)

LTM® 45 SERIES
LTM® 45 series prepregs consists of a range of low temperature curing epoxy matrix resins giving prepregs with elevated end use temperature performance and good hot and wet strength retention.
The range encompasses LTM45 with an initial cure temperature of 50°C (122°F). All the resins within the range exhibit similar thermo-mechanical performance when fully cured.
LTM45 and LTM45-EL are the most commonly selected prepreg resin systems from this range.
For improved oven vacuum processing LTM45-1 is recommended as an alternative to LTM45EL when used with carbon fabrics up to 285g/m2. LTM45-1 provides improved toughness and compression properties, please refer to PDS1082.
