L-526 is a 275°F (135°C) curing phenolic resin with excellent elevated temperature properties. L-526 is available on 7781 style glass fabric. L-526 is commonly used as a laminate for high temperature ducts, engine nacelle applications, or in honeycomb sandwich panels.
Features and Benefits
- Creates sandwich panels with high peel strength (when used with L-310 phenolic adhesive).
- L-526 system processes easily in most heated platen presses, ovens, or autoclaves.
- Excellent laminating prepreg where heat resistance to 500°F (260°C) is a requirement.
