L-303

Product functions: Medium Service Temperature (70°C to 150°C)
L-303 ADHESIVE is a 250°F (121°C) curing, flame retardant, modified epoxy film adhesive with high peel strength. L-303 adhesive is intended to be used for structural bonding of aluminum, fiberglass, aramid, and other structural materials to themselves and to various types of core materials (aluminum, aramid/phenolic, PVC foam, and paper) for sandwich construction.

Features and Benefits
• The high peel strength and high toughness of L-303 allow the designer to use this material in high abuse areas such as aircraft interiors, cargo systems, marine bulkheads, etc.
• L-303 is highly adaptable to various curing temperatures and pressures
• L-303 can be processed in an autoclave, heated press or vacuum bag
• ‘In-hot, out-hot’ press cycles may be developed for this adhesive when using dry sub-components
• Meets or exceeds the flammability requirements of FAR Part 25.853
