Dermalcare® 6040 LW is a polar high purity ester essentially colorless, odorless, 100% vegetable, produced from renewable sources. It is a low viscosity emollient, has excellent spreadability and skin compatibility, does not inhibit skin respiration and promotes excellent penetration. It is soluble in various solvents such as acetone, ethanol and isopropyl alcohol, and being a saturated ester is highly resistant to oxidation. Emollient and auxiliary solvent widely used in Oils, Baby Body Oils, Creams, Lotions, Sun Blockers and Spray type products.
