CYPURE ULTRA is the highest purity, cylinderized electronic grade phosphine gas. It is typically used as a P source in the manufacture of III-V semiconductors via MOCVD techniques. It is also used in the manufacture of photovoltaic devices and as a phosphine dopant in crystalline and amorphous silicon semiconductors.
