CYPHOS® IL 120W is a solution of 50% tributyl(methyl) phosphonium tosylate in water. It has been used for a wide variety of applications and is amenable to chemical modification (anion exchange), with high thermal stability, large liquid range and solubility in a variety of common solvents. Additionally, CYPHOS® IL 120W offers ultra-low vapor pressure, is non-flammable and is inherently polar.
