Human Rights Progress Report showcases Syensqo’s commitments to continuous improvement of its human rights framework

Syensqo, a leading specialty chemicals company, is proud to release its first stand-alone Human Rights Progress Report.

This report details Syensqo's human rights principles, journey, and advancements, highlighting the company's proactive approach to evolving regulatory requirements and global human rights challenges. 

Guided by the UN Guiding Principles on Human Rights and its internal Code of Business Integrity, Syensqo has conducted a comprehensive analysis to evaluate its current standing and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement and remediation, with the goal of achieving a best-in-class approach in the near future. The company’s efforts are concentrated on preventing child and forced labor, ensuring responsible sourcing of conflict minerals, promoting non-discrimination, maintaining health and safety, ensuring fair wages, and supporting mental health.
