The Digital Digital Growth and Innovation Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT services for the domain covering the Research & Innovation, Sustainability and Commercial & Pricing analytics solutions. This role requires strong service management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of Growth and Innovation services, ensuring they meet business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of IT solutions
  • Act as a point of contact for the Foundation Office processes, coordinating with internal teams and partners to develop and maintain service delivery practices:
    • Incidents/Problems/Service Requests
    • Demands and Business Relationship management
    • Release Management / Change Control
    • Knowledge management and Documentations
    • Continuous improvement / Reporting Dashboarding
    • Service Catalog and Assets management
    • Access management and Data policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to understand service requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Innovation Leadership: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices, promoting a culture of innovation within the IT domain.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure initiative delivery. Ensure all IT activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, reinforcing a culture of integrity and ethical responsibility.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
  • Manage and oversee software procurement processes to ensure efficient follow-up of the run budget
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on service performance, issues, risks and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage IT projects using agile methodologies

Education and experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in managing data and integration services
  • Proven experience as Delivery Manager or in a similar role within an IT organization.
  • Strong understanding of large organization and its processes
  • Proven experience in multi-cultural / international teams
  • Knowledge of scientific environments, businesses and solutions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
