Maintenance and Reliability Excellence Engineer
We are looking for:
Act as GBU Maintenance and Reliability Excellence Engineer for all California Sites. Participate in the definition and deployment of Best Practices, associated with Maintenance and Reliability Excellence such as Work Order Management, Store room optimal operation, proactive reliability and Bad Actors Improvement.
We count on you for:
This position will be responsible for consolidating maintenance routine practices, improving Equipment Reliability, tracking Sites M&R Metrics and coordinating action plans aimed to improve and sustain this process at sites under their responsibility.
The focus in Maintenance routine will be to implement early failure identification practices, create effective notification, use of digital tools, like Neptune, to boost notification quality and productivity, improve planning and scheduling, incorporate precision maintenance practices and develop feedback tools to capture improvement opportunities identified by technicians.
In Asset Reliability, it’s expected for this role to develop and complete asset registry and update PIDs, perform Critical Evaluation to Equipment level. Carry out FMEA evaluations at the Asset levels to determine the most optimum maintenance strategy for them. Create, modify and deactivate PMs. Identify critical spares, keep Equipment BOM updated and ensure MRO inventory can be optimized at the site(s) under their responsibility. Identify Site Bad Actors from
OEE and SAP and support the site(s) by facilitating Root Cause Failure Analysis from Bad Actors.

Accountable for the Maintenance and Reliability Excellence processes and performance for Anaheim, Orange and D’Air Sites in California. Position is located in Anaheim, but responsible for all sites in California. Expected travel required below 25% in 2025 for training, but considerably reduced from 2026 on.
