We are looking for:

In the context of a rich portfolio of Salesforce products, Syensqo is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our newly established capabilities center in Pune.

The candidate will work with business units of Syensqo, leading the requirements gathering and implementing declarative Solutions that support Syensqo evolution, applying configuration best practices & following Syensqo policies.

The Salesforce Platform Team is integral to our Marketing, Sales & Service applications, supporting our Global Business Units.

We count on you for:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather the business and functional requirements, by scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements.
  • Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency and break down high-level information into details.
  • Work with Architects and Developers to transform complex requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation.
  • Implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions mainly with a declarative approach but, when needed, using development solutions (Eg. Apex).
  • Support the creation of training materials and documentation for Salesforce.com users and help train new end users on Salesforce.com and related applications.
  • Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system)
  • Experience and Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Automation and Development, with proven hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Communities.
  • Key skills where proven experience will be evaluated during interview, by order of relevance:
    • Capacity to analyze requirements, clarify business needs and propose high-level feasibility guidelines
    • General configuration (point&click solutions)
    • Core Salesforce modules (Eg. Sales Cloud features)
    • Knowledge of Flows, Dynamic forms, Automations, Data Loader, Advanced Reporting.
    • Scrum agile methodologies
    • Release management best practices
    • Salesforce development backend and front-end (Eg. Apex)
    • Development best practices
  • Certifications:
    • Sales Cloud Consultant
    • Advanced Administrator, B2B Commerce or Experience Cloud are a plus.
    • Flow Specialist SuperBadge is mandatory.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving skills, capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, either as part of a team or as an individual contributor.
  • Communication: Excellent client-facing skills, including written, presentation, and verbal communication, with a high level of autonomy to engage with business stakeholders on incident management activities.
  • Autonomy: High level of autonomy to size, prioritize & communicate with business stakeholders on salesforce evolutions.
  • Broad knowledge: Good level of engagement with the Salesforce Trailblazer Community & Salesforce Ecosystem (New Salesforce releases, other customers’ use cases, events) is a plus.
