We are looking for:

A Master Scheduler for maintenance department at our Augusta GA site


We count on you for:

  • Create the site weekly maintenance schedule
  • Facilitate changes in the schedule and ensure changes are communicated effectively
  • Lead the rescheduling of jobs that are ‘not completed’ and jobs that ‘did not make it on the schedule’
  • Manage the resource schedule and verify accuracy
  • Organizes workflow and assign resources by craft to every job
  • Monitor, track and update work orders in our work order tracking dashboard
  • Establish accuracy in our work order tracking dashboard
  • Drive improvements with the maintenance backlog
  • Lead the data collection for the maintenance scorecard
  • Assist supervisors and planners in the creation of job plans
  • Audit the PM and PDM work request and create a robust system that drives completion
  • Backfills for day to day planners
  • Assist with project planning and purchasing as needed
  • Perform required safety audits per the Augusta Plant yearly audit plan.
  • Attend plant-wide safety/wellness sessions.
  • Review/perform required safety audits, JSA’s and What-if scenarios.
  • Complete all required CBTs on time.
  • Participate in PSM, PHA, and PSSR field reviews, as well as Follow-Up Incident investigations as needed.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all plant environmental standards, ES-01 through ES-10.
  • Know the environmental permit limits for your assigned plant (air, waste water, storm water).
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Hazardous Waste Rules (RCRA) to include storage, handling, sampling, transporting, manifesting, record keeping, and emergency response.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the facility environmental plans (SPCC, Storm Water Pollution Prevention).

You will bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Maintenance certification or two years education/training preferable.
  • Five years of maintenance experience in all phases.
  • Some instrumentation and electrical experience.
  • One (1) year experience in project construction.
  • PC skills (word, database, excel spreadsheet, and other software programs).
  • SAP system experience/knowledge in the work order, preventative maintenance and spare parts processing areas.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Willing to work overtime as required.

You will get:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $90,XXX to $114,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
