Customer Service NAM - 12 month Internship

We are looking for:

  • A trainee to process day-to-day activities and provide administrative support to the Customer Service NAM team


We count on you to:

  • Manage effective and accurate order entry, invoicing and needed follow-ups
  • Register Customer complaint and follow-up
  • Run and distribute various CS reports
  • Provide support with different administrative tasks to the CS team
  • Act pro-actively to identify process and system improvements

You will bring:

  • Fluent English
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team (team player mindset)
  • Ability to work in a fast moving, business intense environment, at high accuracy and speed
  • Willingness to act proactively and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus

  • Hybrid working model (up to 3 times per week from home)
