We are looking for:
The Storeroom Coordinator is responsible for accurately documenting and organizing stock, monitoring inventory levels, and receiving and distributing goods for the Vernon, TX site.


We count on you for:
Goods receiving:

  • Receive inventory and non-inventory items via credit card or purchase order.
  • Collect delivered goods, including to the kitting area.
  • Inspect and validate that items and quantities match purchase order requests.
  • Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Quarantine and resolve deliveries that do not match orders, including critical HSE goods for technical validation.
  • Post goods receipts in SAP and create BIP shopping carts for ad-hoc ordering.

Distribution of goods:

  • Stock shelves/bins and kit goods from ad-hoc purchase orders.
  • Manage work orders for non-stores parts/components/equipment.
  • Replenish stock by running replenishment reports, validating quantities, and releasing requisitions for purchase.
  • Issue goods using bar-coding and enter items into SAP.

Work order management:

  • Pull items from stock against specific work orders.
  • Kit parts by job/work order and update work order information.
  • Create SAP purchase requisitions for storeroom inventory items.

Inventory Management:

  • Administer consignment, vendor-owned, and vendor-managed stock.
  • Maintain stores in a clean, orderly condition with proper signage and labeling.
  • Update min-max levels based on inventory analysis.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Participate in personnel activities, safety meetings, and training.
  • Engage in meetings and discussions with vendors.
  • Conduct annual inventory or cycle counting and add new items to stock.

You will bring:

  • High school diploma required
  • Storeroom experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word.

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $21.63 to $24.04 per hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
