We are looking for:


We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our Aroma Performance Business team. This role is pivotal in defining and deploying marketing and sales strategies, developing commercial plans, and managing key customer relationships.

  • Strategy Development: Define and implement marketing and sales strategies for key accounts in alignment with the Global Business Unit (GBU) strategy.
  • Commercial Planning: Develop and update regional and global key account plans, ensuring alignment with the commercial roadmap and achieving KPI objectives.
  • Customer Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Pricing and Contracts: Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to ensure sustainability and competitiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive innovation.
  • Project Management: Identify new sales opportunities and support product launches through effective project management.

You will bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in the chemical industry.
  • A technical or commercial background in chemicals/chemistry is preferred.
  • Proven track record in key account management and strategic planning.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in account management and business case analysis.
  • Proficiency in contract management and customer insight techniques.
  • Strong negotiation skills and pricing tactics.
  • Ability to report and analyze sales activities and define KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of product lines and market dynamics.

Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrate curiosity by pushing boundaries, challenging assumptions, and innovating with ingenuity. Embrace learning and adaptability to navigate new challenges.

You will get:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $95,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
