We are looking for:
A student who is eager to support the New Development projects for the Home and Personal Care Business Unit markets


We count on you to:

  • Work with a senior scientist on novel base formulations development for long-lasting cleansing of hard surfaces and beauty cleansing;
  • Formulation preparation and application testing of treated test substrates for assay of cleaning performance and film appearance according to standardized protocols.
  • Plan and execute experiments under supervision of a scientist.
  • Periodically summarize results and discuss conclusions with the project team;
  • Housekeeping
  • Understand and follow key Syensqo safety policies and procedures for the site, including but not limited to the following:
  • Emergency response / Crisis management / evacuation guidelines
  • Know the location of first aid and emergency response equipment, chemicals, and chemical documentation.

  • To support and train you on the lab work and safety associated with it;
  • To give you the opportunity to interact with the different research teams in several scientific domains (e.g., microbiology, analytical, process safety,...)
  • To develop your project management skills and knowledge on methodology for product development from the laboratory to the industrial scale;

You will bring:

  • High school degree;
  • Interest in laboratory work;
  • Proactivity, autonomy and open-mindedness;
  • Good written and oral communication skills;
  • Good PC and computer skills and use of appropriate software;
