We are looking for:
An employee to perform an extensive variety of injection and compression molding techniques.


We count on you for:

  • Maintain molding and associated equipment in a safe and clean condition.
  • Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and perform simple maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Perform required safety audits per the Augusta Plant yearly audit plan.
  • Attend plant-wide safety/wellness sessions.
  • Review/perform required safety audits, JSA’s and What-if scenarios.
  • Complete all required CBTs on time.
  • Participate in PSM, PHA, and PSSR field reviews, as well as Follow-Up Incident investigations as needed.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all plant environmental standards, ES-01 through ES-10.
  • Know the environmental permit limits for your assigned plant (air, wastewater, storm water).
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Hazardous Waste Rules (RCRA) to include storage, handling, sampling, transporting, manifesting, record keeping, and emergency response.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the facility environmental plans (SPCC, Storm Water Pollution Prevention).

You will bring:

  • 2+ years of QC lab or machine shop experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A degree in Chemistry preferred
  • High level of mechanical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is ($24.23 to $28.16 per hour). Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
