We are looking for:
As a Supply Manager, you will be part of the Product & Asset Planning team within the Novecare Supply Chain organization. You will oversee a specific perimeter in EMEA, including manufacturing plant(s), toller(s), and/or distribution center(s). Your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain, contributing to our mission of providing the best service to our customers with a firm commitment to safety and sustainability.
We count on you for:
- Supply Planning:
- Translate demand forecasts into a rough cut production plan for the next 12/18 months, aligning with inventory and OTIF targets.
- Propose planning scenarios to optimize targets and lead decision-making processes with stakeholders such as manufacturing, markets, PAM, and purchasing.
- Manage deviations from the plan and drive potential product allocations
- Actively participate in the transition to Kynaxis - Maestro.
- Manage one person in charge of daily scheduling operations of some tolling activities
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Be accountable for OTIF performance
- Define Catalog Lead Times in collaboration with market and manufacturing teams.
- Support commercial and manufacturing teams for new business developments
- Inventory Management:
- Drive the organization to meet inventory targets, including SMOG reductions.
- Provide inventory plans for the upcoming month and analyze deviations from projections.
- Define stock holding strategies, level of safety stocks
- Data Management:
- Ensure SAP-MRP data integrity and manage the creation of new materials.

You will bring:
- Education and Experience: 5 to 10 years in supply planning positions, experience with Advanced Planning Systems (Dynasys, Kinaxis), and APICS/CPIM certification.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Gsheet / Excel, SAP, and planning tools, with leading-edge analytical capabilities.

- Languages: Proficiency in English
