We are looking for:

We are seeking an R&D Assistant to join our team and support the development of new products and continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation, dynamic, and capable of working in a collaborative environment, actively contributing with technical expertise and creativity.

We count on you for:

  • Ensure the organization of the laboratory according to Syensqo’s quality standards and traceability requirements;
  • Support R&D activities related to new products or processes;
  • Conduct laboratory tests and experiments in compliance with CIPAC/ABNT standards for agricultural formulation characterization;
  • Monitor the development of prototypes and new production processes;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, production, quality, etc.) to ensure project success;
  • Prepare technical reports on research and experimental results;
  • Stay updated on trends and technological innovations in the R&D field;
  • Collaborate regionally and globally with other Syensqo departments on topics related to technology platforms developed for the Agro market;
  • Identify, collect demands, and implement technical training programs based on the technical expertise of the area.

You should have:

Education and Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
  • 3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in the Agro industry;
  • Knowledge in the development and characterization of agrochemical and biological formulations;
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, ONELIMS, SAP, ELN;
  • Intermediate or higher level of English.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong communication skills;
  • Leadership potential;
  • Good interpersonal relationships and a collaborative profile.
