We are looking for:

  • A Transfer Pricing Senior Manager who will provide support and advice to the group's global affiliates.


We count on you for:

  • Providing TP advisory services to the Global Business Units and Group Functions teams.
  • Assisting with the implementation and development of TP policies.
  • Providing project management and administration support to ongoing transfer pricing projects.
  • Assisting in establishing and subsequently providing guidance and support to Syensqo’s in-house Transfer Pricing Compliance Service Unit in their delivery of transfer pricing compliance services (primarily TP Documentation, price setting and margin management services).
  • Reviewing documentation prepared both internally and externally, including compliance with IRS guidelines for US transfer pricing documentation.
  • Assisting with internal and external ad hoc queries and advising on transfer pricing issues globally across the group. In particular, take responsibility for providing US transfer pricing advice for topics involving US entities.
  • Lead the transfer pricing aspects of US tax audits.
  • Liaising with different Functions and Business Units to get timely and accurate information.
  • Keeping your technical knowledge up to date and helping inform the business of significant changes and developments which would affect transfer pricing.


You will bring:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • At least 8 years of transfer pricing experience gained in industry or a major accounting, economics or legal practice.
  • Strong understanding of the US Code Section 482 and OECD TP Guidelines.
  • A high standard of written and spoken English is essential; French or another major world language would be an advantage.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to confidently question and challenge ideas, decisions, or processes.
  • Good communication skills.

You will get:

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $103,360 to $129,200 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
