We are looking for:

An intern candidate (graduate or student) to contribute to the HR team in Brussels (Haren)

We count on you for:

Work in collaboration with our HR team and participate in weekly meetings
Onboarding the new trainees, prepare their arrival
Complete administrative documents for internship and follow immigration processes when needed
Answer manager’s questions about internship opportunities
Work in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams
Meeting trainees’ needs

You will bring:

Graduate or student - bachelor or master’s degree in HR, psychology, business or similar
Fluent in French and English
Have a knack for communication and human interactions

You will get:

Allowance according to the Syensqo bar
Food allowance
Accomodation is paid if you are a non-Belgian trainee
Teleworking a few days a week
