Syensqo is seeking an Employee Portal Techno Specialist with expertise in EUEM and a proven track record in designing user-centric solutions, including employee portals. This role is crucial for optimizing the digital experience for all users within the organization, leveraging real-time analytics, employee sentiment data, and automated remediation to proactively address IT issues. The successful candidate will be passionate about using technology to enhance the day-to-day experiences of our users, focusing on delivering seamless, intuitive, and empowering digital environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive EUEM strategy, focusing on optimizing the digital experience for all users within the organization.
- Lead the design and development of a customized employee portal, ensuring it meets the specific needs and preferences of our users, enhancing their productivity and satisfaction.
- Utilize real-time analytics, employee sentiment data, and automated remediation to proactively identify and resolve IT issues, improving the end-user computing experience.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and vendors to integrate EUEM principles into our technology solutions, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly digital environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in EUEM, UX design, and digital workplace solutions, integrating innovative practices to keep our organization at the cutting edge.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience design and research, with a strong emphasis on End User Experience Management (EUEM) and digital workplace solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing employee portals or similar web-based platforms, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Expertise in leveraging real-time analytics, employee sentiment data, and automated remediation to proactively improve the digital experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design thinking skills, with a user-centered approach to technology solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
